I am 50 and have been doing P90X on and off for almost 2 years. My muscle definition is the best it has been in my life. I can eat a lot of food while doing P90X and not gain weight which I love. I have done one complete round of P90X and had great results. I am now doing a mix of p90X, P90X plus and Chalean Extreem. I went from a skinny fat 126 pounds to a fit 123 pounds. Not much of a weight change but a change in body definition. My muscle is much more defined and i look good for a 50 year old.
