I'm a 29 year old female from Ottawa, Canada, who has finally decided to make a change in her lifestyle. Other than walking 15 minutes to and from work each day, I'm pretty sedentary, so I thought that starting with the P90 program would be good for me based on what I've read online. I think the most challenging part will be the nutrition aspect.
