It's time to revamp my bio since life has been revamped since I first started.
Welcome and thank you for visiting my page. I am so glad you are here and can't wait to get to know you. Here's a little bit about me so you can get a small peek into my life.
I am a married stay at home mom of 3 active boys, ages 8, 5 and 4 and I lead a fairly busy lifestyle. Being a Mom is the most rewarding and tiresome job out there. Some days I love it, other days, I want to rip the little hair that's left on my head. Being home, I fell into a "routine" of sorts. I would start and stop programs because of boredom. After each of my boys were born, I made a decision to get fit, but it wouldn't stick.
Then in September 2010, a friend introduced me to Tony Horton and Power 90. I had seen the infomercial and also saw the P90X infomercials. I was very intimidated by P90X, so I decided to play it safe with Power 90. HA...that was quite a workout. Tony worked me to the bone for 90 days and I was very impressed with the results. I started to see abs and while I didn't get rid of all the baby fat, it was slowly making its exit.
After Power 90, I moved on to Chalene Johnson and TurboFire. I found my soulmate workout. I loved the music, the moves were upbeat - I felt like I was in a club and not working out. I loved this workout so much, I did 3 rounds of it. On those off days when I am looking for a great pick me up, I turn to Turbo. I then moved on to ChaLEAN Extreme and RevAbs. Both had the kick I needed to get me moving and get my body toned.
I have ventured to Shaun T and I am finishing up Focus T25. Now, I am a Turbo girl at heart, but Shaun T gets it done in 25-28 minutes. Wow. I am hooked. I'm finishing up my last week of T25 and will give it another go.
My goals are still the same - maintain my body weight, but get more toned in the legs, abs and midsection. I have made progress, and I am not done yet.
