I have a beautiful 28 yr. old daughter, married with no children and also have 3 gorgeous "inside out" step-daughters and 4 grand-daughters! Girls, girls, girls! Love it! We live in a rural area, quiet and open but near the metro for all the conveniences. My hobbies are reading and movies. My favorite date with my husband is a nice dinner, simple or elaborate and a good movie. We've just recently started the building of a subdivision in a distressed area, will be extremely busy with that, expect lots of tension and stress. Gotta get my health under control before things get super crazy. An exciting but scary venture! Exercise and weight:
I've worked out here and there with no real consistency AND TRU COMMITTMENT and I am here to change that this time around. I want to make exercise a habit, a "have to do"! Its about health and looking the best that I can. I'm 50, energetic, fun and love life. I want my body to reflect that. I am petite, only 5 ft. and am fortunate to have the means to buy the cutest and nicest clothes. I do realize how lucky I am. I want to fit these clothes on a trim and tight body. I want to eat more responsibly, not alot of junk. I take cruises and beach vacations at least twice a year and want to feel good in my swim suit once and for all. I have friends that have pool parties all summer long, I am tired of feeling uncomfortable! I will take my before pic in my bathing suit today and if I am successful, I will look super super super before my next trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, Feb. 9th, 2008. 83 days from now! The weight should come off but I need to look firmer too! THAT WILL BE THE MEASURE OF MY SUCCESS! I will log in daily no matter what! I am here to claim victory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
