My name is Donna Jeffries and I am a native Texan. Fitness has always been an important part of my life. As I get older I realize that I need new ideas to keep me motivated to improve my workouts and stay fit. I joined Million Dollar Body to network with others to help me stay motivated, and to learn more about nutrition and fitness.

Since joining MDB I now feel part of a fitness community and I can feel the motivation of others which helps me focus on achieving my fitness goals. I became an MDB coach and I work out 4-5 times a week with a friend who also became an MDB coach. I use the Beach Body vitamins and supplements to help keep my energy level up.
I have lost 10 lbs in the past 2 months. I find it easier to stay motivated when I am around people that share similar goals and and support me in achieving mine - like the people that I have met in the MBD community.
