As a 47 yr old Engineer, I have not done much physically challenging in the last several years as my 4 children and work have kept me busy. Sure I did some yoga and martial arts, but I did not push myself with consistance. I used to train hard in wrestling and cross country in high school and then in my 20's & 30's I trained hard in martial arts. Over the last several years I have maintained

I started 28 days ago and I am down 9.5 pounds as of this morning. I feel much stronger and I can actually do chin ups now. I am noticing many changes in my body and more importantly my attitude.  More ...
I started 28 days ago and I am down 9.5 pounds as of this morning. I feel much stronger and I can actually do chin ups now. I am noticing many changes in my body and more importantly my attitude. It's great to flush the toxins out of my body each morning and get going for the day. I have lost 1% in body fat and continue to work on eating quality foods. The diet part has been the biggest shift for me as I have not stripped the breads and pastas out before. I'm going to celebrate at day 90 with a big Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, but not until then! I do the best I can in these P90X workouts, and I am feeling it bigtime.
