I used to be pretty fit about 8 years ago. I moved from California to Indiana and let it all go. In the past I have run 4, sub 4 hour marathons.

I started P90X to get back to where I once was with fitness. I'm sticking with it because I feel that I am in the best shape of my life and I want to see how far I can go with this.

I'm one month into P90X Plus and in the best shape of my life!

I had lost 15 pounds during the first round of P90X. But I didn't follow the diet very well. In my second round of P90X I ate pretty much everything in sight and gained 10 pounds back. Maybe some muscle but probably most of it was fat.

Then one day I stumbled on a blog post that Tony Horton wrote and it changed me. Here is the post - http://tonyhorton.blogspot.com/2008/10/chat-room-throw-down.html

That post made me realize that I was one of the people that Tony was talking about. I am the type of person that knows what to eat but does not do it. From that moment on I have not thought about food in the same way as I used to.
