I was 310 last year at this time. My goal is to get below 200 again by next year, which will be a challenge since I was over 200 when I left 8th grade and I am now 40. I think I almost hit 200 in college once but I was just mainly broke. I lost some a few years ago then went back to school my MBA and put back on the weight and then some. I did p90 last summer but I honestly was not eating enough, saw some improvement in endurance and muscle but weight stayed the same for the summer. I also have now realized that i was burning twice the calories than i thought durring p90x because i had my heart rate monitor set wrong. Realized I liked kempo and now i also added les mills combat. I use to do karate in highschool and this is almost like the warm ups we use to do but with music and some arobics and less yelling. I am not working out everyday like i was and have changed up the diet to more paleo approach which seems to be working out. Have dropped 10 in the last month. We will see if I can keep it up and see where I end up
