Starting over again. I had started using Beachbody products a few years ago and had good results but took a tail spin when I went through a divorce and completely let myself go. I had started to workout again and become more active but had a snowboarding accident and tore a tendion in half. Had to have surgery which slowed things down quite a bit. I have started doing power 90 again but am limited a little bit as to how much I can do. Hasn't stopped me though. I keep pushing play and do what I can. Its time for a new body and a new me.
