I weighed 198 in February of 2012 and I was dead set against ever seeing my weight break 200, so I purchased P90X. I completed it in June, but my nutrition was poor and I was consuming far too much sugar. So, I did P90X again and finished in Dec of 2012 (you can see my "After" photo on my profile).

I am starting P90X2 on January 1, 2013. I have three primary fitness goals for 2013: 1) complete P90X2 and then Insanity 2) bench press 350 pounds and complete a 100 mile bike ride and 3) become P90X certified. Along the way I will be finishing my dissertation on the way to earning my doctorate.
