I'm a 51 year old IT consultant currently working IV&V for state government agencies. I am an avid mountain biker, snowshoer, hiker, skier, and just about anything outdoors. I started P90X to get fitter and gain more muscle since most of my activities seem to be lower body specific. P90X looked like exactly what I needed and I'm committed to sticking with it. I'm worth the effort.
