I have gained and lost and gained A LOT of weight over the past 3 years. Its 89.75% my fault for making bad food choises and 9% the fact that I tore my Achilles tendon on Deceber 27, 2007, and I'll leave the last 1.25% to pregnancy. The change starts now. I am the serial dieter you hear about. I have "tried" it all. Weight Watchers, LA Weightloss, Atkins, Nutrisystem you name it, chances are I have done it. The problem is I don't stick to it. There are several excuses, "I don't like the food," "It's not enough food," "I don't have the time" etc. So I have been working myself up to doing Insanity and I finally woke up and was like you can't finish what you don't start. So its starts today, with me. I am not going to diet at least I'm not going to call it that. I am going to restart my lifestyle change and now that I have the mindset to do it, I will workout. I am just going to keep working out knowing that I have to do it for my health. Pressing play everyday to be a better me.
