I am an Actress and a Victoria's Secret Supermodel
I have been a Type 1 diabetic (Juvenile Diabetes) since age 9. I have Hypothyroidism and Celiac disease. I decided to try P90X because when I stopped working out after having 8 surgeries over 2 years and breaking 4 ribs flying off a horse (no kidding I flew over his head!) I now have been able to kick butt daily with more energy and I'm in better shape too! A must in modeling and acting. Tony Horton is a good friend of mine and he helps give me motivation when I'm lacking any.
I do have a Black Belt in Kenpo and Kung Fu, I am a Certified Spencer Mat Pilates Instructor and a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. I am a Cessna and Aerobatic (in Decathalons) Pilot (with my Type 1 diabetes I'm not allowed to fly commercial planes...bummer) and besides personal training I am a Commercial and Residential Investment RE Broker. I am also a Master Scuba Diver and I love to play Golf, Tennis, Run marathons (with walking thrown in since I'm not a great runner), kayak in Dana Point and Newport Harbor, go hiking super big mountains and take my awesome dog everywhere to go run and walk and explore!
I WANT to do a bunch of things before I die, you know that bucket list. Let's see...here are some:
I want to learn how to water ski. I can tear it up on a waverunner, but I want to water ski, or wake board, so far I tried that once at the river and b/c I was being a blonde I put baby oil on my legs to get tan and then when I was ready to ski I flew out of the boots, ha ha. So that's on my list to do without the oil this time. :-)
I want to parachute, I love to fly planes, I wear parachutes when I fly aerobatic planes, but I want to jump out!
Get really good at rock climbing
Do a Triathalon a year along with the marathons I do.
Have the best HBA1c resdings of any Type 1 diabetic out there.
Climb Mt. Whitney, that's a HUGE goal of mine but I need more climbing practice so if any of you are climbers in California and want to help someone get better at it, please let me know!
Visit Europe, go scuba diving in the Bahamas and Belize
Go shark diving
Get a Hummer (the vehicle). I know it's silly, but I have always wanted one. Oh and a Viper. And a Lambo, and a Huge new boat to go diving and fishing and relaxing on with my husband John Prudhont.
Get better at breathing while running and hiking/climbing, make my lungs stronger.
