I'm your prototypical office potato. My average day has me sitting at my desk from 8-6 with me only moving to get up to eat and pick up my girls from school. My job also takes me away from home, traveling 2-3 times a month. Put these two together and you get me, an overweight father of two, who continues to picture himself back when I was 25. I started putting on the weight about 9 years ago when I started working in an office with "free" soda. Since then, I have struggled to shed the fat. I also struggle with the thought of exercising as it is an activity that is low on the enjoyment radar. I love to play sports, but hate to train. I also have to mention that I have a congenital heart disease with an implanted AICD (defibrillator) and had my Thyroid removed due to Thyroid cancer. I have reached a point where walking up a flight of stairs tires me out.

With the blessing of my Cardiologist and Endocrinologist I have begun my journey down the path of better health. I know that I will not progress as fast as others, but will reach my goals and will help you reach yours. It will be trying journey, but it will be done!
