Hey, I have been doing Power 90 for 22 days now and I am totally psyched
about working a program that actually WORKS! I am only 5 feet tall and it stinks
being short and fat... can't do anything about the short part...since starting this
program I feel confident that my goals are attainable. I just want to be and feel
the best I can be. I am well on my way! My motto is Consistency is the

Transformation story

At the beginning of the summer '08 I weighed 147, an all time non pregnant
high! I had a difficult year due to meeting my father for the first time, losing
a baby at 20 weeks, and moving More ...
At the beginning of the summer '08 I weighed 147, an all time non pregnant
high! I had a difficult year due to meeting my father for the first time, losing
a baby at 20 weeks, and moving to a different state. The stress of these
events and lots of fast food caused my weight and focus to spiral. In my
effort to regroup, I started walking and
took on the challenge of a half marathon. It would be just one foot in front
of the other, right?! I came in last, but I finished in 3 and a half hours. My
goal was simply
to finish. I ended up jogging half of it and couldn't walk right for a week, but
I felt great. It was my first committed step toward complete fitness. I then
worked out at my local gym for about 6 weeks, but planned
ahead to shake things up because I knew I would eventually get bored, ie no
longer motivated. That's where Power 90 came in. I'm so grateful to have
found it!!!! I love the challenge and consistency of it. Since June 08 I have
lost 19 pounds, I am now at 128. I will turn 40 this year. I've never been
hung up about age, but I do want to be the best me I can be without a doubt.
My goal is to be a very fit and strong 115. It feels great to work out. I
absolutely hated feeling like a giant slug. Say NO to being a slug! I know
with great products, accountability and support I can reach my goal. I wasted
my entire 3rd decade being fat! You know how you mentally list what you
want to accomplish in life? Now fitness is "one less thing"...one less thing to
worry about because I have finally found what works! Now I can't wait to see
what my future will bring.
