Over the years I have found myself eating fast food while on the go and trading exercise for sleep, a nice glass of wine and comfortable hotel bed. One day I saw a picture of myself sitting by the pool and couldn’t believe what I saw… What the hell happened to me?

I was tossing and turning that night really bothered by the photo. I turned on the TV and there was the P90X infomercial. I booted up my laptop and immediately ordered the program. I remember falling asleep with a little grin on my face dreaming about how I was going to transform my own body.

I returned home from my business trip and tried to begin the workout. Within the first week I realized that I would never be able to commit to the scheduled routines due to the amount of business travel and other project commitments.

I decided to move to Malta where I rented a penthouse apartment with a balcony that overlooks the sea and has plenty of room for my workout sessions. I went shopping for all of the healthy food outlined in the program guide and shipped over my P90X gear. It just arrived…

Today, 13 March 2010, is the first day of the rest of my NEW life!
