I am a family man with a busy 2 year old daughter. My wife and I both work
full time jobs which hardly leaves us anytime to do anything else. I have been
in the military going on 11 years now and I love everyday of it!When I met my
wife we were both very acyive whether it was working out or playing sports.
Over the years our activity level slowed and our weight slowly increased till i

decided we need to get our active lifestyle back and feel beachbody has all
