I am a single mother of three great children. I work at a hospital in the city I live in. I am also a student in Seminary and Pilot school. Working on becoming a chaplain and missions pilot. I have been through a lot in my life and allowed food to be my comforter and then hid from the world in my bedroom where I could watch life pass me by.

I have been through a lot in my life and allowed food to be my comforter and then hid from the world in my bedroom where I could watch life pass me by.
Aside from the essentials of taking care of my kids and others, going to work and school I pretty much watch life rather than live it. I am a loner and I feel very foreign in my own body. I have a total of 6 outfits that I can wear on any given day that fit. 3 of those are uniforms for work.
I live in constant fear that one day I will be so outta shape and outta touch that I wont be able to come back from some serious turning point. So after hiding behind my weight and the pain that was my past I have decided I am getting to old to live as if I was never really young at all. It's time to live and this place gives me the privacy and the motivation I need to work it out without feeling embarrased by the gym or other people. I have been waiting to go home to see my family for 2 years. I want to go home with my head held high and my heart, mind, and body in good shape. I am getting better on the inside and came to P90 so that I can have a healthy body to go with my improving spiritual, emotional, and mental condition.

I have tried all of the weight loss plans out there. Fit Forever, Jenny, Weight watchers 3x, the YMCA, Smart Technique, 6 week body makeover, Atkins, SlimFast, Diet pills,Richard Simmons,3day cleanse, 48 hour diet, even Acai. THE ARMY.... I have tried it all. I was an active slender person effortlessly as a youngster so it seemed to me. Though I did get out more than I do now. I am now a reclusive type who is a mother of three very outgoing children who is sorely out of shape. I am on a budget and I know that P90 works as I have tried it before. What made me fail then was NOT PUSHING PLAY... So I am here in WOWY for help on those dark days in my illness with knowing I can always start TODAY... Pushing Play AND getting up outta bed to change my life and the lives of my babies. It's time to live!!!
