I used to be very fit. I was in the Navy for 8 years and was very disciplined
about working out and staying fit. It was part of the job. When I left the
service I was still very active – rock climbing, racquetball, skiing and water
sports. Even after I met my wonderful bride Heidi, married life didn't change
my fitness level. Then I went to law school and my level of physical activity

I made it through the first week and I have to say, Day 2 was killer. My legs
were so sore but I stuck it out. As each day goes by I notice my strength
increasing - nice! The past two More ...
I made it through the first week and I have to say, Day 2 was killer. My legs
were so sore but I stuck it out. As each day goes by I notice my strength
increasing - nice! The past two weeks have been an up-and-down roller
coaster ride. I managed to avoid the flu in my house but caught a head cold
none the less. I took three full days off to rest and recouperate then when
back at it. I was worried I would loose the gains I made already in increasing
my strength but was pleasantly surprised I was still up there. Good weight
loss! Unless you track your progress, you'll never know how far you've come.
I finished week 5 and feel really strong - I have added anther TMT workout so
I'm up to three at a time. I'm not so concerned with the numbers on the scale
as I am with the way I look - startign to see real changes in the shape of my
body. I think I can see myself doing P90 after a round or two of TMT. Love
how I feel and look. WOW! How quickly a back injury throws a wrench in
things. After a couple months of physical therapy and rest, I'm back. Look
forward to hitting it hard again! After fighting what I thought was an infection in my foot turns out it was gout. Now that I have been rearranging my diet, meds and adjusting, I'm back again. Despite what gets thrown in the way I refuse to give up - might get delayed.
