I've lost a good amount of weight, and I have a lot more energy than before. It's also an exercise program that really gets you excited because you can actually see the results and know that it's doing great work for you.

(Edit: August 15th, 2010) Hey everyone! Just wanted to update and say that I have completed my 1st Round of Insanity, and it's definitely been a great change and a big opprotunity for me to change my body! My next round is going to be a hybrid P90X/Insanity schedule, combining weight lifting and high intensity workouts!
