I live in beautiful Winter Haven Fl. with my husband of 44 years. We have two grown sons and 5 lovely grandchildren. I enjoy life, but have had some health challenges recently and as a new coach and member of Team BeachBody I am looking forward to the nutrition and training to restrenghten my body.
