I've been working hard since the first of the year and lost 25 pounds so far. I'm starting Power 90 on March 24, 2008 to finish the job, seal the deal, do work and get it done.

Jan 01 I got back on the wagon. Cycling 2-3 hours 3-4 days per week. Having previously worked out too hard with an improper diet, I decided Jan 28 to sign up for Nutrisystem program. I then cut my cycling back to 2 hrs x 2-3 days per week and worked out with the Nutrisystem DVD progam 2-3 days per week. It's been 50 days since Nutrisystem and I've lost 25 pounds, 2" off my waist and feel an incredible improvement in my quality of life.

I'm now committing fully to the Power 90 program along with Nutrisystem meals to complete my transformation phase of my plan. Beyond that, we'll just have to wait and see.
