I am starting the path back to good health in mind, body and spirit. I look forward to looking back at where I am now. I have over a hundred pounds to lose and I am looking forward to seeing that new face in the mirror, the one that smiles honest happiness instead of the mask that says everything is okay when the weight pulls you down every minute of everyday. I am ready to start on this journey.
