I'm a 42 year old male, married with a son and a former minor league ball player that has been retired for over ten years.

I am very active in sports and have been for sometime, however, I could not seem to loose any real weight after years of working out off and on and eating correctly and not so correctly.

I began P90X in September of last year and started out with a weight of 315. (Not an obease 315 but big nonetheless)

I was working out everyday and incorporated interval training into my program which really helped to shed the pounds. Unfortunately, in the last week of December, I tweaked my lower back and was out of commission for much of the Spring.

I restarted my exercise regimine in June 09' and have gone from 290 down to 250. I was excited when I saw the Insanity workout program because it is based on the same premise as my own interval training exercises I was doing during my playing days.

I just started the Insanity program on Saturday and unfortunately, I do not have workout partners that can put in the effort. I am seeking workout partners to learn the program with me on a consistent basis.

I have a studio in Columbia, MD, that I have the privledge of utilizing, however, my hours are either early morning or at night. I am ready for both.
