I think this story has been "penned" many times. I was a fighting fit Royal Marine Commando back in the 80's 168 lbs all day long, once I got out I lost the discipline to continue my work out regime. My mindset was I just spent the last 8 years in the corps and ran over 10,000 miles, I wasnt going to run EVER again. Got married in 87 started having kids in 88. Then reality hit, I had to make a living to support my growing family. I used to work 60-70 hours a week eating all of the wrong foods at the wrong time of day/night, my weight started to balloon, First hit the 200 mark then the 210 then, well you get the picture. I seemed to settle at 235lbs. Then 2 years ago I quit smoking, hardest thing I've ever done, and topped the scale at 255lbs. I have cholesterol and blood pressure issues both are being treated. I also have sleep apnea, boy I've had enough. I bought Tony's power 90 to get it rolling again and love the workouts. I am committed to the process and in just 2 weeks I've dropped about 6 lbs. Quit drinking too, as soon as I have alcohol all weight loss stops. I am looking for to seeing where I will be in 90 days. My 16 year old son is doing it with me. He likes to leave me behind in his dust. Its all good..........story to continue..............OMG I am s mad at myself. I got down to 232lbs and feeling great then got a bad ear infection and hurt my foot and stopped pushing play. Now I'm back up to 249. Oh well I have pushed play 4 times last week going for 6 this week..... 6/17/10 been pushing play everyday for 46 days straight. Down to 235 and feel great. P90 3-4 is hard but its getting easier.
