Once upon a time I just to weight 265 lbs [check my pics]. I didn't feel good with all that way on me. I didn't feel happy. Until I decide turn my life around, I start walking, eating healthy, then jogging/running, Once I start doing this I was Feeling more NRG, Happier, I am running now between 2 and 4 miles a day, feeling great now I have the NRG to do the things I love, Right now I engage to the P90X program this is awesome, challenges your muscles to a complete new fitness level. I am HAPPY now but still working on the FIT part every day.

I am on week 4 of the P90X program, recovery week, feeling GR8 so far, and excited the I am getting closer to my goal!!!
