I had my biography written finally but figured, hey, you probably don't want to read all the blah, blah, blah; you don't even know me. So here's the bullet.

I had my biography written finally but figured, hey, you probably don't want to read all the blah, blah, blah; you don't even know me. So here's the bullet.
My name is Kathy, I'm 41 and live in Florida with my husband of 23 years. I've been up in weight, I've been down, I've been sick and I've been sound. Finally..I get it. A few years ago I began eating better, really paying attention to ingredients and eating a lot of organics. I've managed, at least somewhat, to rub off a little onto my husband my new found passion for "what's real". After 14 years by God's grace, and a good hypnotherapist, I quit smoking about a year ago.
I’ve been a very active person on and off in my life. I would much rather do than watch. I’m an artist blacksmith with special interest in architectural and home furnishings. Making hand wrought iron pieces is a definite high of mind and spirit - it’s a beautiful thing.
Speaking of spiritual, I have had the great fortune of having several transfigurations in my life, for lack of a better term. No, I’m not talking about being reincarnated as the neighbor’s cat. One of these is having been healed from an 8 year long illness. Learning that I could be healed and how was as great a thing as actually being healed; another beautiful thing.
So here I am, out of shape (mostly because I haven’t done any blacksmithing in awhile), 152 lbs., and P90X is my hope of making another huge change in my life. This is it - it must be now. I want to be an example of health and fitness to my husband and family; to inspire them to make changes and choose to live life with the good health that God intended.
