I can honestly tell you I did not want to take my day one photo. Now looking back I am so glad I did. So go ahead and take your photo and measurements, this will help keep you motivated for sure. My very first program was SLIM in 6. I loved this workout because I felt pretty confident that I could commit to a 6 week program. I stuck to the program for 6 weeks and WOW I was blown away. I began to feel inches melt and I lost 10lbs the first 30 days. When I compared my 30 day photo to my day 1 it was for sure a WOW moment I couldn't believe it. After completing Slim in 6 I went for it. I began P90X and I continued to be blown away each day as I began to get stronger and the inches continued to disappear. My 1st 90 days I had lost a total of 22lbs. I felt amazing.
I have now gained weight since starting the P90X but I am still able to fit in a size 2, the same size I wore after my first 90 days. So ladies I know from my own experience "DON'T GET CAUGHT UP ON THE # ON THE SCALE" our clothes/jeans don't lie if you are feeling great and your clothes are fitting better, or you need a whole new wardrobe be proud of yourself you have put in the time and effort.

I began drinking Shakeology it has made a HUGE difference in my energy as well as my cravings for sweets. I love how convenient it is to be able to supply my body with the nutrients and vitamins that I could not possibly do on my own. I also could not believe how full and satisfied it keeps me in between meals.
If you have not tried Shakeology I say try it. If you love it like I do join me as a coach and save $30 on your bag and share with your family and friends the difference you are now feeling.

*Everyone knows that time flies, but have you ever considered yourself the pilot? Many times we use the phrase time flies when we are remembering the good times or when we are thinking about struggles we’ve overcome. The next time you start thinking the time is moving way too fast, step back and remember that you are in charge. Take time to do the things you WANT to do. Set goals and work your way to success. Use every minute for something – good sleep, quiet reflection, talking to a friend, reading to your kids, laughing out loud, etc. Don’t take time for granted, USE IT!
