I feel like by letting my fitness level go, I am personally spiralling out of control in my own life. Never did I feel like I would allow myself to become unfit, but after fighting bulimia for several years, and being on the road constantly, my body suffered for it, and now I am determined to get it healthy again by exercising and eating right.
