When I became involved in motorsports, I truly never understood the athleticism it required to be a race car driver. I have been athletic on and off all of my life, never really “sticking to it” for more than a couple years. Swimming, cycling, boxing, climbing, surfing and on and on. The “never really sticking to it” was the crux of every sport I ever approached including my nutrition. Witnessing the level of fitness required to be a professional race car driver and their “stick to it” attitude simply inspired and motivated me to find that STICK TO IT.
My name is Jeff Sorge and my goal as a Coach is to create that internal motivation for YOU to achieve that healthy, fit side of life you have always wanted. The beautiful thing is as I have found, your fitness will become a lifestyle that you will carry forever. Once you achieve the fitness level you have always wanted, you yourself will provide your own motivation. I promise, there is nothing like being fit, healthy and full of energy.
Here at Fast Lane Fitness, we join forces with professional race car driver Dion von Moltke to help you find that MOTIVATION.. At 190 MPH and G forces at 2.5, Dion’s athletic ability drives him to the front of the pack in everything he does. Becoming known as the “Fittest Driver in Motorsports” is a key goal in Dion’s career. You too should join us and put your body and health in the Fast Lane. Joining Fast Lane Fitness will open new doors of opportunity that is not offered anywhere else. Challenges throughout the 2012 racing season across the US will be held for members of fast Lane Fitness with the chance for you to join the team for a race near you. That’s right, suit up!! Below are just two of MANY challenges that will be available to any new customer or coach to join Fast Lane Fitness.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a crew member of a professional race car team? Well, here you go….Become an official team member of the race team for a day. Spend race day with the team and drivers dressed in team gear. That’s right, eat with the team, hang with the team and be prepared to pull your load, we will put you to work.
Pit Lane Action: You can win the chance to be right there in the action. As you are geared up and listening on your team radio, you will be in the mix during the multiple pit stops made by the team. I really insist you bring several cameras. I mean, who’s going to believe it?
Throughout the season, we will have track side challenges pitting fans against Dion. Can you pound out as many pushups as the guy next to you? If so, you will be asked to participate with the team that day as our Beachbody fan of the day..

I was an athlete in high school, just like many others were until….One day, I woke up only to find someone else looking back at me in the mirror. Someone I really did not wish to meet. So, after much deliberation, I just like many others, joined a gym. It was there after many months I started to see my “old” self again. However, once I did FINALLY find myself again, it was very easy to lose myself again. I mean, the gym was getting old and I really didn’t have the time it took to actually get there, work out, change and get home not to mention the dues.
Throughout my life I see-sawed back and forth between fitness levels. Once upon a time I was the Captain of the AT&T Wireless Cycling team. It was at that time in my life I realized that my health and fitness need be a priority in my life all of the time. I am 48 now and can swim and bike further than I could when I was 18. I will point out that at 18 I was on a swim team and I boxed. I have learned the hard why it’s not how much work you do but how smart you do it! This is the beauty of Beachbody and why I believe in the system. Work at home, at my own schedule and when I feel motivated to pump, not when my work schedule allows. Following leaders in the industry with support all around me and the nutrition to ensure I get the most out of the work I do. My Dad always said, “Work smart not hard”.
