My Story

I spent most of my time sitting in front of a computer and did no exercise at all. I loved eating those buffets, burgers, chicken wings, and enjoyed drinking at least once a week.

My cholesterol has always been high (around 215-230; ;went up to 304 two years ago!!) and I did nothing about it. I was always too tired to do anything. I've gained like 15 - 20 lbs in the past few years by indulging myself! I went from 170 to 187 lbs just like that.

My goals were simple: I want to cut fat, lower my cholesterol and see if I could get ripped.

I started P90X on 10/9/12. The first week of the program was extremely tough and I could barely walk right. It got easier later on. I'm so glad that I stayed the course and completed the program on 1/13/13. I then started INSANITY on 2/1/13 and finished on 4/7/13. That was tough but very REWARDING!

Current Weight:154

Starting Body Fat: 23%
Finished Body Fat: 7%

Starting Cholesterol: 304 (at least)
Current Cholesterol: 184
