I joined TB on June 08. "Re-started" a couple times. Today April 27,2009 is day ONE of the rest of my life as a fit, healthy and happy person. This is for me, all about me and no one else. Walk twice a day and some kind of other workout also 7 days a week. Looking forward to walking outside too.

Well it is June 14, 2009. Lots of excuses why I am not at my goal but no real reason!! Saw a video of me in the pool with my 2 yr old grandson - not pretty. I love the new updated website. It is going to become by BFF and I will not stray. My goal is 150 pounds by Jan 5, 2010 my 55th b-day.
