Working at the Fire Department means that I am around extremely fit coworkers. A group of them keep talking about Team BeachBody and how it was helping them reach their fitness and financial goals. In the mean time, I was getting out of shape. The pounds started to come as I got older. Now, after my coworkers have showed me the way, I hope P90X will get me there in 90 days
