More statistics| Firemanrob I am 46, newly married, and the father of a boy and a girl. I have been physically active my entire life with professions that require me to be physically fit. I am a Firefighter and also a Safety Engineer. I will not retire from the fire department until I am 63 therefore, I must stay in very good physical condition. I found it easy staying physically fit until I hit 40. It was then very difficult to stay up with the younger people within the fire department. Gaining weight happened alot easier. More ... | ?
