I only have Hip Hop abs now but would love some workout buddies, i prefer to work out by 10:00am or 12:00 or in the evening by 7:00pm i recently started my own online business for women, However i am always around woman and in the public eye to attract the clients that i want it is very important to put my best foot forward. So Guys i love snacks and need help with my cravings addicted to starch chocolate my lowest times of the day are early afternoon and between 7and 8pm this is when i need HELP!!and would love new recipes.
