I've lost approximately 25 pounds since my heaviest point. I lost the first 17
pounds before I found P90X doing traditional workouts (treadmill, etc), but I

I've lost approximately 25 pounds since my heaviest point. I lost the first 17
pounds before I found P90X doing traditional workouts (treadmill, etc), but I
had noticed a serious plateau in my progress. I just stopped seeing results
and I HATED working out. I had to convince myself to go to the gym every
day. I began P90X in September 2007 with my fiance. We both saw
tremendous results in fat loss and muscle/strength gains in the first 90 days
alone. I've since incorporated P90X+ and Ten Minute Trainer into my plan to
keep things interesting and add to the muscle confusion. I continue to see
changes and amaze myself in my progress. I never thought I'd be able to do
full unassisted pull ups (I can do up to 6 in a row now!) or hundreds of
pushups in one session, but I've achieved that too!
