Canal Fulton, OH I am recently married, 28 years old, and have struggled with my weight alongside my husband. During college, we both slacked off on our nutrition and exercise. We were ordering pizza once or twice a week and eating fast food at nearly every meal. On top of that, neither of us were exercising. Our only walks were taking the laundry basket a few doors down to the common laundry room. After I am recently married, 28 years old, and have struggled with my weight alongside my husband. During college, we both slacked off on our nutrition and exercise. We were ordering pizza once or twice a week and eating fast food at nearly every meal. On top of that, neither of us were exercising. Our only walks were taking the laundry basket a few doors down to the common laundry room. After graduation, we saw pictures of ourselves. Who were these people?! Something needed to change.
My husband (then my fiance) and I saw a commercial for P90X on TV. I don't know what made us think of ordering it, but we did. Honestly, we did a few workouts here and there, but never completed the whole 90 days.
Then came our wedding in September 2009. It was wonderful! We had so much fun!!! About a month after the wedding we got our pictures. Well, my husband looked good. He has gotten into running 3-4 days per week. I, on the other hand, let's just say I wished I had committed to P90X more.
I'm doing it now though!!! I am committed to becoming the fittest person I have ever been. I would LOVE it if you would join me on this journey. Please, if I am your coach, please contact me. I can help you through the ups and downs, the good days and the bad days, in your journey... goodness knows that I've been there, too. Together we can both be the fittest we've ever been!! You ready??
