Hi! I’m Natalie and I'm excited to be your personal Beachbody Coach!

I am a 29 year old Floridian who is finally back in shape. I work full time as a
meeting planner and I also love to cook, dine out and travel!

I have always been struggling with weight. I was an overweight kid and
teenager, and unhappy. In college and after I had my highs and lows. I'd be

Day 15: I have been doing TJ for about 2 weeks and I am loving it! Chalene is
such a great motivator. I have lost 4 1/2 lbs so far (which is great since I have

Day 15: I have been doing TJ for about 2 weeks and I am loving it! Chalene is
such a great motivator. I have lost 4 1/2 lbs so far (which is great since I have
a very hard time losing weight at the beginning of a regimen). I actually look
forward to exercising!

Day 35: I am really happy with my results so far. My clothes which were tight
on me are now loose. I am starting Slim in 6 now and I love it too! It is
definitely a more strength building type of workout than TJ but it's great.

Day 60: I just started my 5th week of SI6. BIU is so challenging! But it is a
great workout. I can tell I'm getting stronger and firming up. Thanks Debbie!

400 days: I started slacking for a couple months and gained some weight
back (My lowest so far was 135). Now I'm more motivated to get back down
there, I know it's just a few lbs and I can do it! No more slacking off...I know
this is a lifestyle to keep forever.

800 Days: I've maintained my weight now for 6 months! I had some rocky
points but I've learned SO much recently. I'm happy and healthy and decided
to become a coach to share my slips and successes with others. Join me on
my journey! Chalene Extreme is next!
