Since turning 40 it has been a huge challenge for me to lose weight and keep it off. The main obstacle has been a lack of motivation which has in turn led to frustration. I simply have not been able to lose weight like I did in my 20's and 30's. For the past two years I have been in a "funk" about my weight and complaining about it has not helped in the least. The different exercise and dieting programs have yielded no results - hence my frustration.
Earlier this year a good friend of mine, my Coach, introduced me to Team Beach Body. This has truly changed my life, as well as my husband's. My husband and I are doing 10-Minute Trainer with the goal of leading a healthier lifestyle. My motivation is back because of the daily accountability from my coach, my husband, and myself - since I am a personal coach! There is no better sense of accomplishment than knowing that I have helped others, like me, reach their goals.
