I am excited to say that I made it through my first 30 days of Chalean Extreme. For those that don't know my story I am going to give the short version measurements. My 4 year wedding anniversary is in June and when I got married I weighed about 160 lbs and wearing a size 6/7. After a year of being married I got on the scale and saw that I was 180 lbs and I haven't been under that since (3 long years). I've been up and down with my weight through out these years of being married but never under 180 lbs. I've started and stopped so many programs its really ridiculous. I've had so many negative comments about me trying to lose weight which is why I never stuck to anything, At the start of 2010 I made a vow to myself that I was going to be a better and healthier me. My reasons are I had my first child June 2009 and I want to be there for her and be a good role model, my mother has a lot of health issues due to her not taking care of her body and she is only in her 50's, and lastly I want to be happy with what I see when I look in the mirror.

Now to my 30 day transformation:

Day 1: Not sure what my weight was due to the fact that I had a broken scale for so long and I had no idea it was broken. So I'm going to use my 30 day mark as my marker for where I'm at. I do know that last time I checked my weight on a scale that worked I weighed 210 lbs and that was at the beginning of Jan 2010. Wow I couldn't believe the numbers I was seeing! I must also say that I did a month of clean eating and cleaning up my diet before I started my workout program in Feb 2010. :)

Day 1 Day 30

Weight: 195 Weight: 177 lbs

I'm super excited to be under 180 after 3 years of trying, failing, and giving up on myself!!!!

Here are my 60 day results. I must say that I am pleased with the progress I'm making. I'm very optimistic about reaching my goal weight of 158 by June 1st. I'm truly amazed by my results.

Day 30 Day 60

Weight: 177 lbs Weight: 169 lbs

This program is helping me realize that diet is a important staple when you are trying to get results. I'm just hoping that once I hit my goal weight my maintenance is not hard. I'm excited to see what the next 30 days will bring. I'll be posting my results for 90 days as well so stayed tuned. :)

Here are my 90 day results. I must say that I am thrilled with my 90 day results. CLX is the best weight loss/resistance program I've come across. I'm going to do the lean for life phase starting tomorrow and another round of CLX when I return from my cruise.

Day 60 Day 90

Weight: 169 lbs Weight: 162 lbs

I'm going to do the Lean for Life phase starting tomorrow. I know that these next three weeks are going to bring amazing results as well. I'm super excited to be so much healthier and in better shape. I know I'm going to feel like a million bucks on my anniversary cruise. I know I will pass the goals I've set for myself. ;)

I just completed the Lean for Life Phase of Chalean Extreme and I wanted to post my results before I take off on my 7 day cruise tomorrow. :) Well as always I'm really excited and pleased with the results I've achieved through Chalean Extreme. When I return from my cruise I'm going to be putting myself up to the challenge of taking on P90X. My husband thinks that I'm more then ready for it and I'm not as scared of it anymore as I was when I tried to do it weighing close to 200 lbs about 2 years ago. So here are my day 1 and day 120 results for Chalean Extreme.

Day 1 Day 120

Weight: 210 Weight: 158 lbs ~ Down 52 lbs ~

I'm really happy that I surpassed my body fat loss goal. I'm super close to being in the lean category of the body fat chart. :) I was super excited when I got into ideal and was no longer overfat!

I just started my 2nd round of Chalean Extreme and have made up my own hybrid to include TurboFire. I'll be posting my results every 30 days as I did before. So far I still love Chalean Extreme and I'm so in love with TurboFire!!!!

~Aug 3rd 2010~
I just realized I missed my 30 day pics for my Chalean Extreme/TurboFire hybrid. I only have like 2 weeks left of the Push Phase so I'm going to wait it out and take 60 day pics and then 90 day pics. Once I complete this 2nd round I'm going to be starting P90X in Sept 2010 and am thinking of doing it as a hybrid with Insanity. We'll see but I feel I can do it! TurboFire has my cardio and conditioning so much better then when I started.

~Sept 18th~

I've decided to do P90X as laid out the first time around and not really as a hybrid. I say not really as a hybrid cause I may use TurboFire still about one to two times a week. I'm really not sure how often I'd be able to get it in since the P90X workouts are all an hour or longer. Now as for my 2nd round of CLX with TurboFire as a hybrid my results are:

My total loss for my 2nd round of CLX was 10 lbs which is great for me since I put on a good amount of muscle which I really wanted to do. I'm a lot more toned and my abs have more definition. Well Monday I start P90X and since I know that it's not a "weight loss" program even though people loss weight on it I don't know how often I'm going to do a weigh in. My body fat for my 2nd round of CLX went from 33% to 23% and overall with my 2 rounds of CLX I've lost 76.19% of my body weight :) Although I didn't drop as much weight as I did with my 1st round I'm still really happy with my results. I've decided not to put weight on what I want to accomplish with P90X. I would like to lose 2 to 3 inches off my waist and put on a little more muscle tone. Well I start my P90X journey on Monday and will post results for that every 30 days as well
