Transformation story

I am still working on my transformation. I gained over 60 lbs with my first pregnancy and lost the weight within 9 months, with the second I gained 40 and still have 16 more lbs to go at 4 months More ...
I am still working on my transformation. I gained over 60 lbs with my first pregnancy and lost the weight within 9 months, with the second I gained 40 and still have 16 more lbs to go at 4 months postpartum. I am going to use Beachbody programs along with running, biking, and tennis. My ultimate fitness goals are to permanently incorporate healthy eating and exercise into my life, run a half marathon in March, and get back to 130 lbs by May 2012 (the weight I was at before getting married). I also hope to inspire other people to get healthy and fit!
