I am a 48 year old single mom who is going to take control again in her life! After an unexpected divorce, I spent the last 18 months dealing with the legal, emotional and financial aftermath. I am a 48 year old single mom who is going to take control again in her life! After an unexpected divorce, I spent the last 18 months dealing with the legal, emotional and financial aftermath. I am ready to feel alive, look alive, and develop the mental attitude to take on the world again. I am excited about starting this program. I have a terrible track record of starting and stopping many different programs. However, I made my 9 year old a promise that I will stick with this program through Thanksgiving when he will see a new an improved Hot Mama! He is holding me to this promise. He has started football this year and it is very tough on him. I figure if he can stick with it through these HOT & HUMID Texas summer practices, I can stick to my routing in the air conditioning of my home. I want to be an example to him. Wish me luck!!!
