My latest transformation started in September/October of 2010. I was out of shape and overweight and my weight had gotten up to 199 lbs. As a soccer player, my performance in matches greatly suffered. More ...
My latest transformation started in September/October of 2010. I was out of shape and overweight and my weight had gotten up to 199 lbs. As a soccer player, my performance in matches greatly suffered. I decided it was time to turn it around. At the end of October, I got myself back into an exercise routine. I then started working on my nutrition. I have been steadily turning fat into muscle.

In February of 2011, I did my first Shakeology cleanse in February which dropped my weight from 185-176.6 lbs and have kept it off while taking Shakeology daily and working out on a regular basis..

***Update***
My current weight is at 167 lbs. I haven't been here since high school. My journey has now taken me more into coaching and helping people and I LOVE IT! I am about to start week 3 of Insanity which is quite possibly my favorite workout program yet...Can't wait to get my "I earned it!" Insanity T-shirt to show off to the world!
