My name is Robert Grasmick and I am 33 years old. Once upon a time I was really out of shape. At my worst point, I was just under 220 lbs and probably over 30% body fat somewhere, who knows how high?
You reach where you see that you aren't who you want to be or SHOULD be. I had enough and started to exercise more. I knew next to nothing about nutrition or how to workout, but cut out soda and did a little cardio and weights. Over time, I got myself back into reasonable shape, usually landing around 185-195 lbs and with body fat probably just under 20% over the past 5-7 years.
In September of 2010 I hit one of those low points again and was just about 200 lbs and my body fat was up. I felt lethargic and wasn't performing in my soccer games like I wanted to. I felt I was letting my teams down.
I began reading more about nutrition and working out and recommitted myself to getting back in shape. I got back down to close to 185-188 and was feeling better. That's when it happened....My friend was a Beachbody coach and was geting great results using P90x, Shakeology, and who knows what else, I decided to be a coach so I could get a discount on the Shakeology and push myself to the next level. Within 2 months I was down another 10 lbs.
Now it's my turn to pay it forward. I discovered that I enjoy helping people get back in shape and pushing others to succeed. I became an Emerald Coach on my birthday last year in October. I am pushing forward and am in the best shape of my life...oh, and those soccer games? I've nearly lead every one of my leagues in goals each season this year.
I am now a Diamond Coach and moving up. It is exciting to pay it forward and help others change their lives for the better! Are you next?

My latest transformation started in September/October of 2010. I was out of shape and overweight and my weight had gotten up to 199 lbs. As a soccer player, my performance in matches greatly suffered. I decided it was time to turn it around. At the end of October, I got myself back into an exercise routine. I then started working on my nutrition. I have been steadily turning fat into muscle.
In February of 2011, I did my first Shakeology cleanse in February which dropped my weight from 185-176.6 lbs and have kept it off while taking Shakeology daily and working out on a regular basis..
***Update*** My current weight is at 167 lbs. I haven't been here since high school. My journey has now taken me more into coaching and helping people and I LOVE IT! I am about to start week 3 of Insanity which is quite possibly my favorite workout program yet...Can't wait to get my "I earned it!" Insanity T-shirt to show off to the world!
