Welcome to my BeachBody Website! My name is Marta Cole, but friends and family call me Mar. I am a 31 year old English as a Second Language teacher by profession and a Beachbody coach. I am very lucky to do two things in life that I love: teach English as a Second Language and teach how to stay/keep in shape with the least amount of effort, time and money. I can do both things because I am a Beachbody coach. I can show you how you can do the same and get in shape or even become a coach like myself. Fitness has always been a part of my life. Being fit is not only being in a good shape, but it also entails your mental, social, emotional and spiritual health as well. Physical fitness is important in particular because it helps people keep fit on other levels. If it wasn’t for my physical fitness, I am not sure if I would be a happy person I am today or even if I would still exist. There were some really tough moments in my life including deaths, diseases in the family and separation from the loved ones. Physical fitness is something that has always helped me deal with life obstacles and given me the power to lift myself up from difficult moments in my life fast. Physical fitness has helped me find solutions to my problems and go through life looking on things in a positive way. This is why I decided to pursue a career with BeachBody and fitness industry.Now, I can help you get in shape and thanks to Beachbody you will not need to spend anywhere from 40 to 100 dollars an hour for a private fitness session at a health club, because I can help you do it do it on your own with a home based trainer and have fun doing so. I can even tell you how to WIN MONEY WORKING OUT and TAKING CARE of yourself. Sounds too good to be true? I know. That's Beachbody and this is why I like it. Beachbody and I can can help you get fit or keep fit if you are already fit by joining our supportive and fun community. It is fun and easy and you are going to love it, but one thing you need to do first is to walk the walk, not just talk the talk. That being said, you have got to try BeachBody workouts. By utilizing the expertise of Beachbody and through my coaching you, you can transform your not only body, but also your mind and even your entire life! Then you are going to be ready to “pay it forward” and help others. When you see the results, you will want to tell others all about it and you will be able to make money while keeping fit and having fun. You will be proudly telling your story to others and why you joined the Beachbody community, and why you want others to do the same. It is as simple as that. When I injured my foot in February 2009 while training for a marathon I was not able to workout for three months.I not only felt terrible but also gained 5 pounds in just three months. 5 pounds might seem like a joke to someone who has 20, 50 or 100 pounds to lose, but if I decided to remain physically inactive these 5 pounds would turn into 20 in one year and then into 100, unless I starved myself. And I love to eat and I eat a lot, especially healthy food. It is delicious. You do not want to deprive your body of all the good nutrients and vitamins that help you stay healthy. So, what do I do? I can no longer run. I have realized that running took a toll on my body. And from my observations and interviews with other avid runners, I realized that most people who run, sooner or later develop some problems with their hips, feet and knees. I am proud of finishing a marathon in a good time of 4 hours and 10 minutes, but I have to say that unless you have a really tough body, I do not recommend it. So,I tried yoga, but realized that unless you are good at it you will not expand calories. Also, working out at the gym had always been a drag for me. This is when I reminded myself of my home-based workouts back from the time when I was a teenager living in Poland hooked on those hard to get video tapes with Cindy Crawford or Jane Fonda which helped to keep me and my girlfriends fit. I already completed working out with Slim 6 program that brought fitness back to my life after 4 months of not working out and already see results. I lost 4 pounds and regained my strength, energy and my happy outlook on life. I am now up for the real deal: p90x challenge. What will you do ? Let's do something together!
