I've lost almost 15 pounds over the last two years. I was working as the Fitness Director of a Health Club, and I was at my least healthy state ever. The stress was overwhelming, I wasn't making time to exercise, and I was eating two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches a day for lunch. I'm 5'7"; the day I got on the scale and saw 1-8-9, I knew something had to change.

I left my job, changed my diet, dropped the PB&J habit, and got back to basics - weight training! Over the course of the last two years, I've continued to push myself, and my clients, to new levels of intensity. I launched my own fitness boot camps this year, and have loved getting outdoors to work with other motivated people.

Now at just over 170 and 11% bodyfat, I'm wearing the same size jeans I wore in college, but I'm still looking for more strength & definition. Never be satisfied!
