I've never been one to workout because I never really liked it. I was always one of the last to finish when running the mile in school, could never do pushups, etc. I've always hated running and lifting weights was always too hard for me and was so embarrassing for me to do at the gym. The only thing I found fun was aerobics because of the music; it felt like dancing.

I'll be interchanging between live TurboKick classes at the gym and Turbo Jam at home for cardio along with ChaLEAN Extreme three times per week for resistance training.
