I have always been into fitness. I really never had a weight problem. However, you know the older you get, the harder it is to keep your tone and flexibility. Also, as you get older, you can no longer get away with eating the crap you used to when you were sixteen.

Just because a person is thin doesn’t mean that they don’t need to work out. Even though I exercise constantly, I have to admit my routines are lackadaisical. My arms and thighs shake like jelly. Even though my tummy appears to be flat, I’m losing muscle tone in my lower abs. Yes! This must come to an end!

That’s why I’m here. I need to get serious and get toned. Who is with me?!
