Being the youngest of 4 athletic boys (with 2 sisters), I had always been very active with sports. This continued through high school and college (football) and early into my “adult” life. Staying active and fit was easy as everyone around me seemed to be involved in some kind of physical activity and the gym was nearly an everyday part of my life. Then, somewhere between 35 and 40, everything changed. I had moved to a much more rural area where there was no gym. My work life seemed to move faster while my fitness regimen fell apart. While I still ate relatively healthy, my diet wasn’t what it used to be. I just seemed to not be able to “get it back” as easy as before in terms of fitness. Honestly, it’s been hard to even “find it” now. I wasn’t terribly interested in being absolutely ripped, but I wanted to be in really good shape. Then came the opportunity to try Power 90 through a friend associated with the company. The program is great and I am training with Power 90 to start P90X after the first of the year. I joined as a coach and want to help others get fitness to be part of their everyday life. The process is slow, but the results are ultimately worth it.
