New Albany, OH If we're being truthful here, I've been overweight all my life. Over the past 3 years I've started drinking more water and cutting out the soda and the alcohol, I've incorporated more fruit into what I eat, I'm eating breakfast every day (Shakeology!), and I'm watching my portion sizes. But I know that's not enough. I have to find a workout regiment that I STICK with.
My work schedule is the same as everyone else - that means when I try to go to the gym there's never any equipment free. So there's no motivating factor there. But in finding Team Beachbody, I have a network of accountability partners and people who want me to be successful - and that's a hugely motivating factor!
Nov 4 2011 there was an article that caught my eye - Obesity rates in the United States will continue to rise until at least 42% of American adults are obese. I'm already in that category, so if I can make this program work for me and be a beacon of success for others - along with my partners in Team Beachbody - we can change that statistic!
