February 2012 I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Team Beachbody programs and Shakeology helped me learn how to eat and pushed my workouts so I lowered my A1C from 10.3 to 5.9 in just 3 months!

As of December 2012 I've lost 56 pounds - 41 in 2012 alone! - and I'm just getting started. I have another 100+ to lose and it will probably take me another 12-18 months, but I WILL be successful in reaching my goal. Team Beachbody has given me the tools I need and success is in sight!
