UPDATE
~~~~~~~~~~
I have recently had a hernia operation.
After the operation my weight has increased to 246 lbs!
I am shocked.
Working nightshifts and double shifting are not happening now.
The 9-5 has commenced. Yes, I am working weekends still but I need to find time for myself.
True, I want to finish what I started.
However, this needs to be an ongoing process in order to be successful.
I would like to acheive the original ideal weight of 185 lbs, so that I can continue to strive through this and begin boxing once again.
Good notes, since September of last year I began working out at the gym with a couple buddies, this is part of the strongest that I have ever been physically in my upper body.
I do believe that I have put on muscle weight, but it is still no excuse for not reaching MY body weight.
I can now bench 225 lbs with an olympic bar.
I can now curl 65 lbs.
I can now push 70 lbs in different various exercises during my workout, this has definitely helped my increase in benching capabilities. FREEWEIGHTS!!!!!!!!!
Abs were getting tougher too.
NOW, it is TIME TO LEAN DOWN.
